Congratulations to Dr Heidi Siddle who has been appointed as a Consultant Podiatrist at the Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.
She is the first podiatrist to be appointed both as a consultant in a rheumatology department and also Associate Professor in a UK medical school.
With her outstanding contribution to research into the foot and ankle in rheumatology recognised nationally and internationally Heidi’s new appointment at Consultant level provides both the opportunity and influence for her to advance the cause of podiatry at a local and national level.
