We are looking for an enthusiastic Information Systems Assistant to join the existing Information Systems team at the Leeds Institute of Rheumatic and Musculoskeletal Medicine (LIRMM).
You will be responsible for the implementation and testing of data entry screens using specialist database software (MACRO) for which full training will be provided. Other responsibilities will include working with users to resolve MACRO implementation issues as well as taking an active role in ISA team meetings and contributing to the development of standard procedural documents (SOPs and guidelines).
You will be required to collaborate closely with Clinicians, Researchers, Data Managers, Statisticians, and Trials Administration colleagues within the Institute. Excellent attention to detail is vital, as are good interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills. A working knowledge of MS Office is expected. Knowledge of database systems and user support would be an advantage.
You will be educated to degree level or have equivalent qualifications or relevant experience.
