We are coming to the end of the year once again and we would like to close it with an ‘Ask the Researcher’ held with the Director, Professor Paul Emery OBE and Deputy Director, Professor Philip Conaghan of the NIHR Leeds Biomedical Research Centre.
They will be covering the following areas in their presentation –
• COVID-19 research into immunosuppressed patients and the vaccine
• Work stream updates – optimal treatment and preventing disability in immune-mediated inflammatory diseases (such as Rheumatoid Arthritis) and improving the treatment of Osteoarthritis
• NIHR Leeds Biomedical Research Centre 2022-27 update – strategy and themes
