Ask the Researcher – Rheumatoid Arthritis – Prediction and Prevention – Tuesday 29th March 1.30-3pm – Zoom

The team of Professor Paul Emery OBE (Rheumatologist and Director of the NIHR Leeds Biomedical Research Centre) will provide an overview of their research conducted over the last 14 years on individuals at risk of developing Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA). This will cover –

• How they identify those at high risk of progression to RA

• The development of future studies involving drugs already used in RA

• How they hope to delay or even prevent the onset of arthritis

• Translation to treatment and patient care.

The event will take place on Zoom – Tuesday 29th March 2022, 1.30-3pm
